Who it is for
Why the free actions come first on most sites
Most people do not need a paid call on day one. The free actions answer the first questions about a domain: its rating on our 0-100 scale and whether it is in our index at all. They cost nothing. So you can test the whole chain of nodes before the balance moves.
Think of the free calls as the rehearsal. The paid call is the performance, and you only want to pay for it once the rehearsal goes cleanly.
Test the chain before you pay for it
Build the trigger, the request and the field mapping with overview first. When the output looks right, swap the action name for the paid one and run it on a single row. Only then add the loop.
Keep the free version in the workflow as a switch. A flag that routes to overview lets you test changes without touching the balance.
Keep paid calls for the questions that need them
A rating tells you how strong a site looks. A list of who links to it needs refdomains, which costs 2 credits per call. Ask the question you actually need answered, and pay for that one only.
Most lead checks stop at the rating. A link list is worth its two credits when someone is about to make a decision on it.
